Kim is the type of nurse you would want caring for your own family because she treats every patient she encounters with compassion and kindness. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients not only receive excellent care but also feel truly seen and respected during their hospitalization.

Kim is also the nurse you want by your side every shift. She never hesitates to step in and help a teammate in need, no matter how busy she may be herself. As a leader, preceptor, and mentor, Kim is exceptional. She instills confidence and drive in those around her. I personally would not be the nurse I am today if it were not for her support and mentorship.

What makes her even more remarkable is that her care and support for the team and patients doesn’t stop when her shift ends. She often checks in on the staff on her days off.
