Today, Shantelle demonstrated extraordinary courage, quick action, and compassion. During the wellness section of the workshop, an employee left the room feeling unwell and locked herself in the bathroom. Without hesitation, Shantelle went under the stall door and reached the employee just as she began to have a seizure.

She stayed with her, holding and comforting her until additional help arrived. Once the employee was safe, Shantelle returned to the workshop and continued leading as though nothing had happened. Shantelle is not only an outstanding captain of our ambassador team, but she is also the kind of caregiver anyone would want by their side in the hospital. Her dedication, skill, and calm presence made all the difference today.
