Frances was one of those people who helped my daughter feel less lost, and she was someone who suddenly understood what she was going through.
My daughter visited Spencer Emergency Clinic during one of the worst times of her life. In the last 18 months, she has had an ectopic pregnancy, a failed round of IVF, and a miscarriage. Just 4 months earlier, when she arrived at Spencer Emergency clinic, she had become pregnant with another round of IVF, but it was failing, and she was also at high risk of another ectopic pregnancy.
This is where Frances came into her life. From the start, she understood what my daughter was going through; she was so kind and unbelievably knowledgeable about IVF, the medication she was on, and how this would affect her being able to miscarry as naturally as possible. She visited Spencer Emergency clinic several times in just over a week, and every time Frances was there to greet her, put an arm around her, and comfort her. She listened; there was never any rush, despite how busy she was.
She explained everything clearly and made Lisa feel that she was able to make choices in her journey towards her miscarriage. There are times in your life when you feel lost and so anxious. Frances was one of those people who helped my daughter feel less lost, and she was someone who suddenly understood what she was going through. Frances is an asset to Spencer Emergency Clinic, and I’m sure she has helped so many other women on their own journeys over the years.
As a mother, I thank her from the bottom of my heart for looking after my daughter in her time of need.
