I’m a Type 1 diabetic, and no nurse has shown me more kindness, compassion, and care. Jacob is honestly the most gentle nurse I ever had. He treated me amazingly from day one in the hospital, and what really made me decide was when he let my roommate and me play cards before bed, which made us so happy.

Even my roommate said, “He’s amazing”. Regarding my meds, I have issues with pills that aren’t capsules, and he put my non-capsule into applesauce, which really helped. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would’ve had fights over the meds. He always asks after every shot and poke, “Are you good?” Jacob was especially amazing. He really helped make my stay here 10 times better. He’s the #1 best nurse.
