Caitlin was the first person we met upon arriving at Cardinal Hill. She radiates a kind, calming, yet confident personality. Two days after our arrival, my husband had a medical incident. Caitlin quickly took control and summoned additional help. In the hour of the incident, she remained calm. Talking smoothly to my husband while following the doctor’s instruction(s) and directing the nursing assistants as necessary. She made a scary situation so much more bearable. Her demeanor never changed throughout our stay. She was always cheerful and welcoming with a smile. One Saturday, she even showed up as a nursing assistant. She said the unit was shorthanded and she couldn’t let the patients down. Only a dedicated employee goes to that length. I always knew he was in capable hands when under her care.
