As a patient and retired RN, I have observed Daliana during her performance of her duties. Her nursing skills were quite obvious. Daliana was very clear in explaining each task in a very engaging way, allowing you to participate in your care. Not only did she do that, but she wanted you to feel well and know that she cared. While performing her duties, she was monitoring students. She was clear and concise and did so in a professional manner. I would highly recommend that she consider becoming an instructor in the future. Daliana is a gift to our profession and should be encouraged in the nursing career.
