Ben Roe has outstanding dedication, compassion, and leadership as the Director of Mental Health. Ben exemplifies what it means to be a nurse, consistently going above and beyond his administrative role to support the nurses on the floor.

A perfect example of his exceptional care happened during a particularly challenging shift, when one of our most vulnerable patients became extremely agitated and in need of immediate attention. Despite his busy schedule overseeing the department, Ben stepped in without hesitation, offering not only his clinical expertise but also his calming presence. He spent extra time with the patient, building rapport and helping to de-escalate the situation, all while providing guidance to the floor nurses on how to handle the situation effectively.

His compassion and genuine care for both patients and staff are truly remarkable. Ben creates an environment of trust, comfort, and understanding, making him not only an exceptional leader but also a true healthcare hero who positively impacts everyone he encounters.
