There wasn’t a question, call, concern, or challenge from me or from any of the folks calling her on her communication device or asking directly that she didn’t answer or handle with confidence and competence.
I wanted to express my appreciation for the professionalism and level of care provided by the entire staff at the hospital, from the ER to the surgical teams, the doctors, PAs, and nurses, the clerks, and the housekeeping staff. In particular, this nominee met and exceeded my expectations in every way. In my working career, I hired and managed hundreds of individuals, including folks around the globe.

All of them brought talents and enthusiasm to their work, but only a very few brought the total package: intelligence and knowledge; a passion for their work and compassion for their fellow human; servant leadership; dependability, and being the type of person who simply gets things done. From my perspective, this nominee is that total package. I don’t know if she had rank authority, but she clearly possesses leadership skills that draw people to her for advice and direction.

There wasn’t a question, call, concern, or challenge from me or from any of the folks calling her on her communication device or asking directly that she didn’t answer or handle with confidence and competence. She was thorough and detailed. No nonsense but pleasant and caring. She was patient with questions, exact and detailed with answers, and simply inspired confidence with her demeanor and communication skills. Her familiarity with specific details of my situation and plan of treatment, without having to reference the computer in the room, was amazing.

She is most impressive. No problem or question was beneath her. Although she certainly had critically important concerns to deal with, she also handled the more trivial things like getting a meal service issue resolved so a hungry recovering patient could have his first authorized breakfast in days. Nothing appeared more important to this nominee than the comfort and care of her patients. Bravo!
