The countless hours they spent meticulously gathering, organising, and analysing the evidence from various sources are a true testament to their strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Furthermore, the amount of editing that Emily and Sarah took on to ensure that the Evidence of Practices (EOPs) met the rigorous standards set by the Pathway to Excellence program is truly commendable. Despite the challenges that came their way, their unwavering enthusiasm and commitment shone through as they navigated through countless revisions and edits.
Their efforts have not gone unnoticed. The most recent survey results speak volumes about the impact Emily and Sarah have had on the nursing staff at Northampton General Hospital. The survey, which consists of 28 questions, saw a phenomenal response with each question answered with a resounding "strongly agree." This level of agreement is a testament to the trust and confidence the nursing staff have in Emily and Sarah's leadership.
