Elsie was nothing short of amazing! It is obvious she loves what she does! From the moment I got to the ICU around 1 am, she was incredible! There was no question that she loves what she does! She was caring and always explained everything that was going to happen to me and why.

When I cried because of never being in the situation before, she was right there to comfort me. I was scared, and she would help me by being hilarious! From an embarrassing situation to a blood transfusion, Elsie would always make me feel comfortable and safe! When I pushed the red nurse's button, she was by my side in minutes, always acknowledging the issue at hand with patience and understanding.

What sets her apart is how personal she was. From opening up to her marriage status to the funny relationship with her mom, she made me feel as though I had a friend I'd had forever! You dont meet too many people like Elsie in this world. Not only is she an exceptional human being, but as a caregiver, she is nothing short of an exquisite diamond! I love her; she is a godsend to every patient that crosses her path!
