Zana has been noted to consistently go above and beyond for the residents, not only in her hall but throughout the entire facility. She makes sure that each resident feels special. She is often seen painting the residents' fingernails and spending quality time with them.

Most recently, she came in on her day off to bring cupcakes and a meal for a resident who has no family on his birthday. She is knowledgeable in nursing and always provides the best care. I am honored to recognize Zana for her exceptional compassion, teamwork, and unwavering dedication to the residents and staff she serves.

Zana recently went above and beyond, truly exemplifying the spirit of nursing. On her day off, she purchased cupcakes with her own money and brought them in to celebrate the birthdays of a couple of our residents. This heartfelt gesture brought joy, warmth, and a deep sense of being cared for by everyone involved. It wasn't part of her job; it was part of who she is.

Coworkers often recognize Zana for being always helpful, regardless of the situation. She consistently supports the entire care team, stepping in to assist the CNAs with whatever needs to be done, whether it's answering call lights, helping with meals, or offering emotional support to residents. Her willingness to jump in wherever she's needed speaks volumes about her character and dedication to teamwork.

Zana not only delivers excellent clinical care but also treats every resident with respect, dignity, and love.
