Joanne is magnificent. I’ve been in the hospital lots of times, and have had home nurses come to my home. Joanne has known my family for years. When she comes, she will be interested in your health. She talks about the problems you may have, listens to what you have to say, looks at your medicine, and if there is a problem, whatever it may be, she calls the doctor for you and/or gets lab work done if need be.

She makes you feel comfortable. She even talks about different things in your life just to make you feel like a friend. She answers any questions you might have to the best of her knowledge. There were times when she came in the door to my home, and if I wasn’t feeling well, she knew right off the bat. Joanne goes far above her duties as a nurse, and I respect that. I feel that is what a home nurse should be doing.

We need more Joannes, so a lot of nurses should aim to be like her. She does all the procedures that need to be done. I can’t say enough about Joanne.
