This nurse instantly brought a sense of calm reassurance when I brought my 3-month-old daughter in for breathing issues. She wasn’t just professional, she felt like a friend, ally, and guide during a scary time for my family.

She helped put me at ease with conversations about our boys, guided me through the readouts on the monitor, and even held my daughter while I went to the restroom.

This was our first time at Cook. If we have to come back for a future emergency, I hope this nurse is on shift. Thank you!
