Arianna didn’t just provide medical care; she took the time to ensure that we, as parents, were supported as well.
We are so very grateful for Nurse Arianna and the exceptional care she provided during our 8-week-old son’s first surgery. As parents, we were understandably terrified and overwhelmed by the entire experience, but Arianna’s compassionate, loving approach made all the difference for us.
From the moment Arianna entered the room, she immediately put us at ease. Her calm and gentle demeanor, coupled with her clear and thoughtful communication, helped us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions with patience and empathy, ensuring that we never felt rushed or ignored.
What truly stood out to us was Arianna's care for our son. She was so gentle with him, handling him with incredible tenderness, as if he were her own child. Her soft voice and reassuring words were comforting not just to our baby but to us as parents. We could tell she genuinely cared about his well-being, and her attention to detail in both his medical and emotional needs was remarkable.
