Ms. Ray was seeing a patient and during her assessment she observed that the sibling was wheezing and coughing. She then completed an assessment on the sibling as well, ordered chest XR with resulting pneumonia. Ms. Ray went above and beyond and saved mom another visit to the clinic or even could have been an ER visit.
