To describe a specific story or attributes of Gifty will be difficult, as my experience was in observation of her duties as a nurse. I knew for a fact I would have a better day of healing when she came into my room during shift change. Everything Gifty did for me was above and beyond what I feel was her duty. Gifty was hands down the best nurse I have had in all 3 of your central Florida locations.

It may seem trivial, but Gifty did everything that she said she was going to do. An example would be my catheter was giving me trouble. Several shifts of nursing staff looked at it but didn’t want to do anything. My phone charger broke, and nurse Gifty fixed it every time.

Nurse Gifty entered my room and she put 100% of her attention to my needs and comfort; Gift adjusted my leg as it constantly skid from it’s previous elevated position. Nurse Gifty did this every time she was my nurse. My health and my hospital stay are better for it.

Multiple things happened on the unit while I was admitted, but Nurse Gifty never let her shifts interfere with my experience as a patient. Nurse Gifty loves what she does and it shows every time she entered my room. Nurse Gifty was different. Nurse Gifty was here for me.
