Having been sick recently, I would like to tell you about a very special, caring, and professional nurse. Ayman was always attentive to my needs and showed compassion towards me when I expressed grief (I very recently lost a grandson, my reason for life). He would listen and try to comfort me with gentle words of a better tomorrow, and never ran short of sympathy.

There are many stars in the sky, and some shine, blink, and shine bigger, brighter than others. Ayman has a way about him that clearly shows brighter.

I want to thank Kaiser Permanente for having the talent to recognize love and compassion in a potential nurse.

I'm not sure if I wanted to mention this delicate subject, but I do want to add that I haven't been able to make it to the toilet and have repeatedly embarrassed myself. He never flinched or made me feel uncomfortable. He was so professional and as I was embarrassed and expected "Not again!" he lightly laughed it off and put me at ease.
