Right from the start, Kaitlynn made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is cheerful and uplifting. She informed me as to what she was doing and what to expect during my care at all times. She answered all my questions directly and honestly with confidence and knowledge, and in a way I as a layperson would understand.

When and if I return to St. Francis’s Cardiac Cath Lab, I hope to be under her care. Also, I received a phone call from Kaitlynn the next day to see how I was doing after my procedure. After checking up on my recovery, my wife and I had a few questions, which Kaitlynn answered.

One of the questions she checked with the doctor before answering (which was specific to my case), and called me back within minutes with the answer.

Kaitlynn is a definite asset to the nursing profession. I feel fortunate to have been under her care.
