I brought my 2-year-old daughter in as she was not feeling good for many different reasons. I’ve had experiences at hospitals where people have made me feel like I was in for a ridiculous reason, but Dave listened to what I was saying and asked questions. Made me feel heard as a mother and that my concerns were real. He was very kind and patient. He explained to her step by step what he was doing to make her feel comfortable. While we were waiting for the test results, he brought my daughter a doll and checked on us every few minutes to make sure we did not need anything. For once, my experience was good, and I didn’t feel ridiculous for bringing my child. I hope his kindness and patience do not go unnoticed.
