Our husband/father came in after he coded unexpectedly. We had never experienced anything like this before. Naomi got us through the most horrible night of our lives. She comforted us and met all our needs above and beyond while giving care to our loved one.

Naomi made sure not only to do her job of taking care of her patient, but also to take care of us. Her kind words and her incredible knowledge of her job and situation comforted us through the night. Naomi sat with us when we couldn't sleep or help ease our desperate feeling of not knowing.

On the night we had decided to take him off the vent to let him pass, which was the worst decision we ever had to make, but the first thing Naomi did was comfort us with hugs and her words. She was very personable and cried with us through this whole experience. Naomi was amazing at explaining everything she was doing. She also gave us as much time as we needed.

She made our loved one feel comfortable and let us stay as long as we wanted to say goodbye. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Naomi provided exceptional care.   She will always have a special place in our hearts. She bleeds Baptist values.
