Speaking as the spouse of a patient, rather than a patient. I can only speak about the care that I observed. Jerri administered to my wife, who was admitted for almost a week in July and again in August of this year.

Jerri played a part in her care both times, and went above and beyond normal nurse duties to comfort and care for my wife in such a kind and empathetic way that I could literally see her spirits improve each time she came into the room. Honestly, the overall care we received was fantastic.
