When I first arrived at the emergency room for treatment, Nurse Francine (Fran) immediately began working on me and treating me with the upmost respect. As the day to evening wore down I learned that Fran was actually assisting with a shortage of staffing, and she was actually a nurse on the 5th floor. Before I was admitted, she stated she will be back on the 5th floor the following day and may see me.

Upon waking up the following day; admitted to the 5th floor, I was awakened by Fran stating, "Good morning! How are feeling? I knew you would be here, so I immediately volunteered to care take of you." And for the next 2 days, she went above and beyond to not just care take of me, but 5 other patients in grave need of medical assistance.

Fran demonstrates extreme courteous assistance, and obviously really cares for all patients she is care taking of. She also made sure to let me know she was leaving each night and that she will see me in the morning, and when her shift was end for the week, she made sure to appropriately wake me and gave me a heart-warming goodbye, wishing me nothing but health and happiness
