Tyler's passion for education is seen in everything she does.
Tyler is the most wonderful educator! I am new to the education world, and she welcomed me with open arms, loaded with resources, teachings, tricks, and tips, and has been an outstanding mentor to me. She continues to be an amazing mentor to me and is always willing to help.

She has helped onboard at least 4 new educators to their roles in the last 6 months. She does this with kindness, graciousness, and always reminds us that we are human and that what we do is important. Her engagement and willingness to help everyone all the time are overwhelmingly amazing; I don't know how she does it, all with a little humor and grace.

Tyler's passion for education is seen in everything she does. She makes sure to check details, make sure people feel supported, and is always ready to pivot to match someone's learning style. I am proud to be an educator because I have colleagues like Tyler. Truly, the education department would not be flourishing as it is without Tyler's hard work and positive energy.

Her clinical expertise as an ICU nurse and clinical nurse educator for the past 5 years, her thirst to answer the hardest questions using Evidence-Based Practice, and searching for the best possible outcome are a testament to her dedication to foster and grow the best possible nurses in our hospital. She is Wonder Woman, and we could all learn something from her- and yet, she remains humble and open to feedback and change.

Thank you, Tyler, for all you have done and continue to do for the growth of our nurses and hospital. You deserve a big round of applause and far more gratitude every day!
