On my 6th weekly visit to the Wound Care clinic, I was fortunate to have nurse Eleanor call me in, and her greeting was warm and sincere. Although this was the first time she saw me, she clearly was well-informed about why I was coming for wound care.

She was knowledgeable in her evaluation of the wound. She was caring and gentle while working with the wound. She discussed with me her concern that the healing progress was not as it should be. Eleanor changed the care protocol, for which I am so thankful. Within days, I could see a dramatic change and accelerated healing in the appearance of the wound.

My appreciation for Eleanor's consideration to also schedule my further appointments so that they were evenly spaced. Hopefully, Eleanor will see me through to a completely healed wound.
