Ashley’s compassion for her patients consistently goes above and beyond.

In this particular situation, she extended that same care to a patient currently living in a local nursing home. The patient had mentioned that her pajama pants were too long and wished she knew someone who could hem them. Ashley made sure that wish came true.

She personally went to the nursing home to collect the pajamas and quickly arranged for them to be hemmed. A kind seamstress completed the task, returning the pants to the cancer center neatly hemmed, starched, and pressed. Knowing how much the patient valued her clothing being just right, Ashley even brought her own iron to work to ensure they were perfectly prepared.

After finishing her workday, Ashley made a special stop at the nursing home to deliver the newly hemmed pajama pants. The patient was deeply grateful for Ashley’s thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to make her more comfortable. Thanks, Ashley, for all you do!
