There are nurses who care, and then there are nurses like Bailey- who embody compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to their patients and families. I knew I was in the greatest hands as soon as I met her because of her composed demeanor and extensive knowledge. She came in and introduced herself in such a manner that made you just feel good, but what really set her apart was the warmth and attentiveness she brought to every interaction. She made me feel like we had been lifelong friends, and that sense of connection was deeply comforting during a vulnerable time.

Bailey went above and beyond for my family as a whole, not just for me. No matter how many questions they had, she patiently answered them all as she took the time to talk with them. Her ability to strike a balance between true human kindness and clinical excellence is exceptional and uncommon. She stands out as a bright example of what nursing should be. Bailey is deserving of this Award, and I am so appreciative of the professionalism, kindness, and consideration she showed us.
