When the test was completed, I felt back to normal, and anxiety was gone thanks to Mary.
I had recently come in to have a chemical stress test done. I had one done a long time ago, and I was very sick after. Coming in for the test that day, I was very scared and anxious about what was going to happen. Mary explained to me in a way I could understand about how the medicine has changed over the years. She told me about all the side effects I could experience and that if I felt them, they would not last long. She let me know that she was going to be there with me the entire time to help me through the procedure. She was an angel to me. She talked me through the process and helped ease my anxiety.

I did get a little short of breath, and she helped me breathe through it and offered me a drink to help me feel better. When the test was completed, I felt back to normal, and anxiety was gone thanks to Mary. She was very kind and reassuring throughout the whole test and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Once finished, she walked me out to the waiting room and made sure I was feeling ok, and offered me a small snack since I had a small wait. I wish that all nurses could be as kind and caring as she was. If I had to have this done again, I would want her to take care of me. I felt I was in good hands and well taken care of.
