Jackie exhibits all the characteristics that one would want from a Nurse. She is truly exceptional in the manner in which she cares for patients. I have anxiety and PTSD that stems from medical trauma. On my first visit to the infusion clinic, I had a really bad experience, so much so that I did not intend on returning. Jackie was present towards the end of my visit; she had been helping other patients. Jackie took the time to listen to me in such an empathetic manner that I was able to calm down. She gave me tips, and her kindness encouraged me to schedule my next appointment. She assured me that she would talk to the staff and explain how I felt.

My second visit was the complete opposite of the first visit! I was dealt with in a kind, respectful, and professional manner. Jackie was present at this appointment and all my subsequent appointments. She made such a difference in my treatment that I now have had really great results and feel that the infusion treatment has been very successful and beneficial for me. She made me feel safe with her kindness and compassion. I’m so glad I met Jackie and continued with this treatment program, because if it was not for her intervention, I was absolutely going to tell my Rheumatologist that I needed to go a different route for my treatment. I’m grateful to Jackie and actually look forward to having my infusions now. She truly made a difference in my treatment and my life.
