While my son was in the NICU Madi Clark went above and beyond in taking care of him. Because of complications his mom had after the pregnancy, she also required care. Madi did an amazing job of working with mom and baby to take care of my wife, my son, and the other patients. Because of this my wife was able to help with his care, they were able to bond.

Madi also did an exceptional job acting as a pillar of emotional support to my wife and me. She was positive and enthusiastic throughout our whole stay. Because of her exceptional care and enthusiasm my wife was able to spend more time with our son and participate in his care. We also had so much relief of our stress the whole night.
