Zion is inspiring. She is everything anyone would want in a nurse.
1st Nomination
I came to the hospital at 26 weeks pregnant, as I was expected to stay in the hospital for 8 weeks. One week into my stay, my health declined. I was in so much pain. The pain was so strong that I was praying non-stop for relief. Enters Zion, she was there for me on the worst day of my life. She didn’t judge, she just made me feel simply loved. Zion was exactly what I needed. She spoke with such a soft voice as she comforted me. A few weeks later, after getting out of the hospital, I was visiting my baby in the NICU, and I saw Zion walk by. I rushed out to hug her and cried like a baby in her arms. Zion is inspiring. She is everything anyone would want in a nurse.
Zion, you have found your calling in life. You are so amazing and have the purest heart.
2nd Nomination
I was in antepartum after my water broke at 29 weeks. I was scared, overwhelmed, and anxious. Zion was my nurse most nights. She was calm and transparent, knowledgeable and always willing to break things down, sometimes multiple times, if needed. She was attentive, never rushed, and always seemed so happy to help. She even came to check on me when I moved units.
You can tell Zion loves what she does, and it shows with the care she gives.
