Ale was extremely kind and compassionate, offering exceptional care and sharing so much knowledge that was helpful, informative and relieving throughout our stay. As a first-time mom to be, she was just excellent with keeping me informed about the process. I felt like I really connected with her. In health care fields, it's extremely difficult to keep the care carefully curated for each patient; this is what I want to specifically thank her for, as I could tell she made the effort to know me and offer care that was more oriented towards me.  She was great. She made me consider my own career in health care and how I would want to be more like her.

Durante mi estancia en el hospital, Alejandra fue una de las personas con las cuales yo trate (en piso) es una persona muy atenta, muy sensible. Me dio mucha confianza para perdirle ayuda, cuando lo necesitaba. Contestando educada y amable al momento de explicarme algo. During my stay in the hospital, Alejandra was one of the people I interacted with (on the ward). She is a very attentive and sensitive person. She made me feel very comfortable asking for help when I needed it, and she always answered politely and kindly when explaining things to me.
