Zoe’s excellent skills and compassion were evident immediately. Her care was especially crucial during painful daily dressing changes, encouraging and comforting me while literally holding my hand throughout the traumatic procedures. It was not just her technical expertise but most importantly her care and compassion that set the tone for my recovery during the early stages of my treatment. She immediately recognized the seriousness of my condition and took charge. Her presence quickly brought me relief, and I felt much calmer knowing Zoe had everything under control. Zoe exemplifies the values of an excellent caregiver and is a credit to the nursing profession and healthcare providers as a whole. I will always remember her and be grateful for her exemplary care and kindness.
