During my hospital visit, I was very impressed with Amy. She was always willing to help the other nurses and came to my room many times when my regular nurse was busy with another patient. She contacted the doctor on my behalf several times to get my medications changed. What impressed me the most is how much trust and confidence my doctor had in her.

The doctor specifically brought Amy to my room to examine me and asked her opinion about how she should best care for me. I could tell the doctor valued her opinion. My nurse even brought her to the room to get her opinion. Everyone spoke very highly of her and showed her respect, and she did the same with them. I didn't even realize she was the nurse in charge until one of the other nurses told me. She wasn't boastful or act like she was over the other nurses. She was very helpful and encouraged teamwork among the staff by being an example for them.
