Thank you to all the patient care staff on 3 East. But I want to especially say a special thank you to Angelita. I was a patient for 2 months on 3 East. While there, Angelita always showed empathy, caring, and respect towards me. Especially when I needed a foley twice, she was very careful, all the while instructing my daughter so that she would know what to do in an emergency. Thank you, Angelia

As a nurse working bedside, you don’t always feel recognized. I can truly say that working behind Angelita (as in the next day or days after), the patient will always tell me about how their previous nurse was and the excellent care she gave.
