I did not know who Sarah was before my appointment with her, and I can say I was completely blown away by her utmost compassion towards me and the reason for my visit. Not once did Sarah make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She spent well over 15 minutes with me while I explained the reason for my follow-up visit and some additional concerns I wanted to discuss with my provider. She made sure she verified her notes word for word with me so my provider would have accurate information before coming into the room. 

Before leaving the room, she expressed compassion for my situation by stating she hoped my provider got to the bottom of my concern and that I had a good rest of my day and got to feeling better. I want to thank Sarah for showing kindness and compassion on a day that I did not think I could feel any worse. It is nurses like her who make Mayo Clinic a great place to go!
