I am a family member of the patient. I do not feel I can adequately put into words my feelings of fear, uncertainty, loss of control, and powerlessness as a family member of a loved one who is having surgery. I can, however, put into words how Ryan treated not only my loved one but also me. Ryan was friendly, warm, and welcoming. He showed us patience, kindness, and compassion. He kept us informed and updated throughout our experience with surgery.
