As a gastroenterologist performing endoscopic procedures, I have been impressed by the compassion of Kelly. Kelly does an amazing job of consistently putting patients at ease prior to the endoscopic procedures. She is compassionate and always nurturing, especially with the anxious patient. One particular patient was stressed to the point of being tearful, and Kelly was just outstanding, getting her to eventually smile with her gentle reassurance.
