My four year old son came into the ER by ambulance with a fever and difficulty breathing. He was terrified, crying, and refused to be touched. The nurse, Jake, noticed my son's shirt had a dinosaur on it and said, "Did you know I'm a dinosaur nurse?"

He pulled out a glove, inflated it, drew a dinosaur on it, and made it roar. This made Cooper smile for the first time. He let Jake check his vitals and even gave him a high five. Jake was such a blessing; he didn't just treat my son, he earned his trust. I'm so glad we had Jake as the nurse that day. He made our experience here the best.
