I don't even know where to start! This lady (Brandy) is such a breath of fresh air and reality. She reminds me of one of my daughters. Her ease with knowledge and instant recall regarding my medical stay, surgery, condition, etc., was unmatched!

She made me feel very important and valuable. We had so many things in common. She personalized our conversations, which was large in and of itself. What a tremendous asset to your crew and to this hospital. She made my stay not so daunting, and I'm extremely proud of her! Thank you!
