From the moment I arrived with a knee injury, Karen demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. Despite my apprehension and discomfort, Karen immediately put me at ease, helping me settle in and assuring me that I would be well cared for. She patiently assisted me with personal needs and pain management, displaying empathy and respect throughout.

Her collaboration with the nursing assistant and her attentive teamwork further enhanced my experience. Karen was instrumental in managing my medication requirements, ensuring the pharmacy provided the specific brand I needed, and advocating for my comfort during visitors. She addressed my concerns about physical therapy and supported me in developing confidence for my recovery at home. Karen also went above and beyond to arrange a shower with physical therapy, allowing me to learn how to care for myself safely. Thanks to Karen’s dedication, I was able to focus on healing and qualified for home care and discharge efficiently. Her support was integral to my recovery, and she made a lasting impression on my family and me.
