I struggle with a lot of health issues. I have difficulty with my back and with the bathroom. Kristie was there every time. She anticipated my needs. She was patient with me and so humble in her care. She helped me with my walker and catheter. She was so gentle. She made sure that I had all the supplies I needed. She got me up and moving. I even had a moment talking about my need to shave, and the next thing I knew, she had hot water, towels, shaving cream, and a razor, and she helped me clean up. I felt like I got the whole barber treatment. I felt so taken care of. I told her about my military time, and she told me about some of hers. She was always there, ready to help me, answer questions, or encourage me. She is absolutely amazing. She never left my room without asking me if I needed anything else or before she had me completely settled. She really went above and beyond.
