I recently delivered my second baby boy, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her. Truly, every member of the staff provided excellent care. Katie particularly stood out in an extraordinary way. Her knowledge, confidence, and professionalism immediately put my husband and me at ease and made us feel fully secure in the care that my baby and I were receiving. She carried herself with such assurance that I, an intern, felt reassured and supported. My husband and I both agreed that her care went above and beyond.

As a nurse myself at this hospital, I understand how demanding it can be to balance time, tasks, and patient needs. Despite all of those challenges that we nurses feel daily, she never made us feel rushed. It was clear that she was fully present in our care. This is something that I deeply admire and appreciate as a patient. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to her. She made a lasting impression on us, and I want her to know how wonderful she is.
