Amber recently took care of a patient who was an autistic man and a very sweet patient. The patient had several hospital admissions and ultimately ended up going on comfort care due to Amber’s high-quality patient advocacy skills.

Family was not present for this process, and Amber sat beside this patient the entire time until he took his last breath. Amber had Cartoon Network on because it was the patient’s favorite channel and kept him comfortable. Amber was so attentive and compassionate to this patient in his final moments of life.
