Our father was unconscious in the ER with multiple complications. Luis did an exceptionally professional job. He is positive and knowledgeable. He broke down all the medical terminology to our family in an easy-to-understand way. He understood the human side of our situation and supported our family during this difficult time. He comforted me when I broke down several times after hearing updates on my father.

When it came to his main tasks, Luis was exemplary in his professionalism. He efficiently handled his tasks and followed up with the doctors to ensure the appropriate medications and procedures were ordered. There were so many examples that I cannot list them all. My family and I are very grateful that Luis was here to help us.
