I recently gave birth to my baby. Lauren took care of me and my baby on the post-partum unit. She was extremely attentive, compassionate, and caring. She ensured that I received help from the lactation consultant, had enough supplies to take home, and offered formula in case we needed it. She was always there when I needed her. She went above and beyond to ensure that my baby and I were properly cared for.

Lauren also provided great resources for baby and me. She also always updated our whiteboard with all the information we needed to know, including our care team and how to contact them. I had to be re-admitted, and she was my discharge nurse. Again, she provided me with the best care. Most importantly, she made sure I understood all of my discharge instructions and had my medications. She is a star! Anyone assigned to her is in for a treat.
