Their love and dedication were apparent, as they worked seamlessly as a team who genuinely loved what they do – serving our veterans and their families.
Both nurses were compassionate and caring towards our Dad and the entire family. For six days, until Dad’s passing, they provided constant support.

Their understanding, medical knowledge, and empathy were evident as they listened to both their peer and our family, especially Dad’s wife, regarding his care.

They always maintained a high level of professionalism while being warm in their actions, words, and care. They kept the family informed about Dad’s care plan and every pivotal change from morning to evening.

Our family felt at peace and grateful knowing Dad’s health was a priority for them. We, as a family, were welcomed warmly, and his room was always filled with as many family members as the ICU allowed.

A comfort cart was conveniently placed just outside Dad’s room, and we were even provided with donuts and muffins.

It was clear to us that the two nurses and the doctor were dedicated to serving their patients. Their love and dedication were apparent, as they worked seamlessly as a team who genuinely loved what they do – serving our veterans and their families.

We pray for each of them and praise the hospital for recognizing the tremendous team they are. In such a dark, sad time for our family, these beautiful souls brought joy amidst the sadness.
