Ms. Glenda R Sison's efforts, dedication, duty ,and care are deeply appreciated not only by the patients she served but also by the whole Nursing Service. Here are some narratives of her nominations:

1st Nomination
I was admitted for three days due to tonsillitis associated with on-and-off fever. I had difficulty swallowing both solid and liquid foods. I had a bad temper and was very quick to react with anger, but despite this, Nurse Glenda still managed to communicate with me professionally. She was able to understand and show empathy for how I feel. She was able to provide emotional support by taking care of me when my mother went home for a while. Her knowledge and skills were observed and served me well. Thank you, Nurse Glenda.

2nd Nomination
My story about Nurse Glenda is very special. She treated her patients nicely, especially when she approached them and asked about their needs. They never fail to show their smile and calmness. She doesn’t put pressure on her patients. Nurse Glenda, keep up the good work! God bless you always.

3rd Nomination
I am grateful for the day I was taken to the hospital. I felt calm and relaxed with the nurses' help, especially Nurse Glenda. Thank you for taking care of me when I was hospitalized.

4th Nomination
Nurse Glenda was very hands-on and knew her job well. She shows great care for her patients and works with compassion.
