Linda works very hard with the new hires and new grads. She meets with them throughout their orientation and continues to follow them. She comes in early to meet with the staff. She goes above and beyond to provide educational opportunities for new nurses. She works closely with me to make sure our med/surg staff have their educational needs met & she is always encouraging staff and offers support as they transition to working independently. She is a valuable educator and should be recognized for her extraordinary efforts to grow and support our new nursing staff.
