Jo was possibly the most helpful person I have encountered during my 4-5 years of helping my partner with his personal issues due to his dementia. Jo was extremely practical and efficient in following up on all the advice and assistance required. Not only was Jo practical, but really understood the effort and reality of caring for someone with dementia. It is often a very lonely and isolating situation for carers with limited assistance outside. Some specialists have wait times of over 6 months! Nurses like Jo need to be recognised for the value of their service.
