Justine reached out to help me immediately after the morning report. The staff got all my medications and were attentive to my IV and my TPN needs. The staff always smiled and always did their work as professionals. Justine was leading around a student nurse while helping me. She explained everything, including what they were doing, which was her duty, which was comforting all day long.

Justine and the student interacted with the caseworker and me. The doctor listened and did their job without any questions all day long, including my home health provider, Justine, and her student. The day was very difficult with additional requests for more information, labs, reports of blood work, and inpatient EPM usage. The staff all work diligently to get me set up with my home health provider. When I needed Justine, I pushed the red button for my nurse. Justine seems to just appear in my room with a smile.

I'm truly grateful for the care that I received medically, but I am even more grateful for the care that I got, especially my home care not stopping because of a nurse like Justine. I just heard that I will be going home today.
